Erin has held senior leadership roles and successfully led global programs across IT, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and data management, helping clients navigate complexity with precision and confidence.

Known for her ability to blend technical acumen with a collaborative, people-first approach, Erin specializes in guiding organizations through change—whether scaling operations, adopting AI, or managing the impact of mergers and divestitures.

Erin holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Duke University. Under her leadership, Project Tech Solutions has become a trusted partner to forward-looking biotech and pharma teams who value insight, integrity, and results.

 Melissa Tanner is a Partner and Principal Consultant at Project Tech Solutions, with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, change management, and program delivery within the life sciences, healthcare, and technology industries.

Melissa specializes in taking strategic initiatives through operationalization – ensuring that programs are not only launched effectively but sustained for long-term success. Recognized for her ability to translate complex challenges into actional strategies, Melissa partners with clients to drive innovation, streamline operations and foster lasting adoption – whether implementing AI tools, redesigning business processes, or navigating corporate cultural change.

Melissa holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University. She is a certified PMP, PROSCI Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Her work is grounded in providing a positive customer and employee experience and in her passion for helping organizations evolve with clarity and confidence.
